First I want to thank you for the use of finebuild, I use it since SQL 2005 and hoping for longer, I now you are looking for a new owner.
The issue I have is with the 3.1 and 3.2 build for SQL 2008 R2 that the slip stream is not build if I change the path for PathSQLSP. Even if I configure the same folder structure you documented so well. The only change I put in the bat is "/PathSQLSP:G:\install\SQL2008R2EE\Service Packs", the parameter /PathSQLMedia:G:\install\SQL2008R2EE\SQLMedia is granted and give an installed version of SQL.
The error in the log file is.

Slipstream Setup bypassed - Service Pack Folder not found
I found the issue, it was the extra folder in "Service Pack" with the service pack name in it like Service Packs\SP2, this is not necessary only for the cumulative updates.
I do not have the slipstream bypassed but sp 2 will not be installed.
With kind regards
